 The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Government & Community Relations coordinates University activities related to Arkansas state government and the federal government.
At the state level, the office primarily deals with legislative issues but also is available to assist faculty and staff with issues involving the various state agencies and offices. At the national level, the office works with our congressional delegation and with the University's Washington lobbying firm on the University's priorities for federal initiatives. The office also works with Chambers of Commerce and other community groups on issues related to the University of Arkansas.
